Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
No refunds or exchanges will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
If a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and packaging must not have been open. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit as per your card issuer's policies.

Our products are delivered from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Standard shipping is available at a rate of $10, or Express Shipping is available at a rate of $15. You can select your preference at the checkout. Your item will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days from the date of purchase. You should allow 14 working days for your order to be shipped to your requested delivery address by mail. This is subject to change, depending on our carrier. We cannot accept responsibility for Australia Post delivery or other third parties. Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation.
