Shipping policy

Our products are delivered from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Standard shipping is available at a rate of $12, or Express Shipping is available at a rate of $20. You can select your preference at the checkout. Your item will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days from the date of purchase. You should allow 5-7 working days for your order to be shipped to your requested delivery address by our courier. We cannot accept responsibility for freight company delivery delays. Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation.
